TRL2 Field Bus Modem — connects the TRL2 fieldbus from Rosemount Tank Gauging field devices (or the 2460 System Hub) to the TankMaster PC in the control room. Choose RS232 or USB interface to the PC. Used in service / maintenance, software configuration, and small-scale tank gauging installations where direct PC-to-fieldbus communication is needed without a full system hub. Compact form factor, intrinsically safe options for hazardous-area access.
Intrinsically safe back-lit field display for tank gauging — presents tank data (level, temperature, pressure, total observed volume, density, water level) directly at the tank with excellent readability. Hinged lid protects the LCD from sunlight. Mount on the tank roof or at the foot of the tank. Configuration via local graphical menu and built-in buttons OR remotely from TankMaster. Wide ambient temperature range (-50°C to +70°C). Low power consumption (9-32 VDC, 30 mA nominal). All-in-one tank monitoring hub — integrates a data concentrator, display, and communication unit into a single device for simplified inventory monitoring across multiple tanks. Connects up to eight HART-enabled level / pressure / temperature transmitters via HART Multidrop on a single twisted-pair cable (replacing eight separate cable runs). Supports an exhaustive list of legacy protocols for retrofit installations (TRL2 Modbus, RS485, 4-20 mA HART, Enraf, L&J Tankway, Varec Mark/Space, Whessoe, GPE, Sakura, Tokyo Keiso, WirelessHART). Powers Rosemount field devices on a FISCO-compliant intrinsically safe Tankbus. Two SIL-certified relays for high/low alarms. Integral digital read-out for level, ullage, signal strength, volume, average / spot temperatures, pressures, density, and flow. Single-tank or multi-tank versions. Up to 16 field devices and 10 tanks per multi-tank version.
System Hub — data concentrator that aggregates real-time tank-gauging data from multiple 2410 Tank Hubs (or other field-device sources) and bridges it to TankMaster Inventory Management Software and/or a host DCS. Up to 64 tanks per hub. Eight configurable host/field-device communication ports. Three Ethernet ports (one Modbus TCP host, one redundancy, one service). Supports system redundancy and emulation of other vendors' systems (Enraf BPM, etc.) for legacy retrofits. Monitors floating-roof tank conditions for hazardous-condition prevention. The backbone of mid-to-large Rosemount tank-gauging installations.
Process control unit with built-in tank-volume / flow / pump-control / totalization / data-logging wizards — programmed via intuitive on-screen guides without requiring custom PLC logic. Comprehensive control functionality for 4-20 mA or HART-compatible transmitters (e.g., the Rosemount 1208 Level + Flow Transmitter). Tank-volume wizard supports strapping-table-based volume calculation from level. Differential calculations across two transmitter inputs. Common applications: pump start/stop on level set-points, flow totalization for transfer billing, leak-detection differential between supply and discharge. The right choice when full TankMaster + 2460 hub system is over-spec but more than a basic indicator is needed.
