Visual magnetic level indicator (MLI) — chamber with a magnet-equipped float that rises and falls with the fluid level, plus a strip of color-flipping flag indicators on the chamber exterior. Visible from up to 100 ft (30 m) away. Ideal for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive applications where you want unambiguous visual indication of level (and interface, if dual-magnet float). Non-invasive — no instrument needs to penetrate the process. Designed to ASME B31.3; chambers hydrostatically tested to 1.5× MAWP. Works standalone or paired with the 9935 bypass chamber and externally mounted Rosemount transmitters / switches for a complete, redundant level solution.
Self-contained bypass chamber (also called a bridle) for externally mounting Rosemount level instruments to a vessel. Allows process isolation for live maintenance — replace the 5300 GWR / 5408 radar / 2120 fork switch / 9930 MLI without shutting the vessel down. Optimized for the 5300 Guided Wave Radar and the non-contacting radar transmitters (5408 / 3408). Designed to ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code; ASME B31.1 Power Piping Code optional. Carbon steel or stainless steel construction standard. Hydrotested to 1.5× MAWP before shipment. The result of 35+ years of bypass-chamber engineering experience.
