Flanged / threaded diaphragm seal system that protects pressure / level / DP transmitters from corrosive, erosive, or extreme-temperature process media. Same isolation benefits as the 1199 family but with a streamlined model code, an 800-PSI threaded connection rating option, and a wider material variety. Mounts directly to flanged or threaded process connections — no separate mounting hardware required, reducing installation cost. Supports gauge, absolute, and DP transmitters; usable as a remote seal where physical size fits. SIL 2/3 third-party certified to IEC 61508.
Process-to-seal connection ring with integrated valves that lets you remove residue build-up from diaphragm seals WITHOUT disconnecting the seal from process flanges. Major reduction in maintenance downtime, labor cost, and parts management. Two design variants: Traditional (flow-through cleaning, sized to fit nearly any application, choice of ball / needle / gate valves) and Compact (cleans 5× faster over 30% more surface area, 50% fewer leak points than other flushing rings). Factory leak-tested — mount and use right out of the box. Used downstream of a 1199 / 1299 diaphragm seal on any pressure / level / DP application with sticky, scaling, or polymerizing media.
