Integral orifice primary element for small line sizes (0.5 - 1.5 in. / 15 - 40 mm) — the orifice plate is permanently mounted in a precision-machined meter body, eliminating the centering uncertainty that plagues field-installed plates. Self-centering construction. Best for lab-scale, low-flow, sample-conditioning, and pilot-plant flow measurement where standard orifice fittings are too coarse. Pairs with 3051CFP / 3051SFP / 2051CFP assembled DP flow meters. Wide material variety for chemistry compatibility.

Entry-level 80 GHz non-contacting radar for basic level and open-channel flow measurement. Compact NPT-mount transmitter, 4-20 mA HART output. Ideal for water/wastewater utility tanks, sump-pump level, basic process tanks where the 1408A would be over-spec. The lowest-cost Rosemount radar in the line.

Cost-effective 80 GHz non-contacting radar for basic level + flow applications in utilities, water-treatment, and general process. Compact form factor, 4-20 mA HART output, fixed-mount lens antenna. The entry-level 80 GHz Rosemount radar — when you need 80 GHz beam-angle advantage but don't need the 3408/5408 option flexibility.

Hygienic-process 80 GHz non-contacting radar level transmitter for Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Cosmetics. Tri-Clamp, DIN-A, and DIN-B sanitary process connections with polished SST wetted parts (3-A and EHEDG compliant). Compact form factor (drop-in retrofit for legacy hygienic level instruments). Same 80 GHz beam-angle advantage as the 3408 / 1408A for tanks with internals.

Standard concentric / eccentric / segmental / quadrant orifice plate — the workhorse of differential-pressure flow measurement. Precision-machined per ASME / ISO 5167 standards. Sized to your line size, beta ratio, and material requirements. Used between standard 1496 orifice flange unions for installation. Best for general-purpose flow measurement on clean liquids, gases, and steam where conditioning orifice (405C / 1595) special features aren't needed.

Orifice flange union — paired flanges with integrated tapping points for D-D/2 or flange-tap differential pressure connections. Designed to bolt around a 1495 orifice plate (or any standard orifice plate) and provide stable, leak-free pressure-tap take-offs to the DP transmitter. Slip-on or weld-neck flanges. ANSI 150 through 1500 lb pressure ratings. Carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy options. The standard installation hardware for orifice-plate flow measurement.

Patented 4-hole conditioning orifice plate — four equally spaced orifices instead of the standard concentric single bore. The four-hole design conditions disturbed flow profiles (eddies, swirl, asymmetry from upstream pipe fittings) BEFORE measurement, eliminating the 10-50 diameters of straight run that ASME orifice plates require. Only 2 diameters upstream and 2 downstream needed — installs in tight piping where standard 1495 plates can't get enough straight pipe. Same materials and beta ratios as standard 1495 plates. Best for retrofit applications and crowded plants.

Pre-assembled DP flow meter on the 2051C platform — combines a 2051C-platform DP transmitter, a Rosemount 405C compact conditioning orifice plate, and a 305 manifold in one factory-assembled, pre-calibrated package. No field assembly, no leak-checking, no separate piping for impulse lines. Drop in between standard process flanges and start measuring. Best for general-purpose closed-loop control and monitoring applications where the 3051C / 3051S premium platforms would be over-spec.

Compact, low-cost vibrating fork level switch — point-level detection for liquids using fork vibration frequency change when wet vs dry. Single direct-load relay output (DPCO or PNP/NPN), no moving parts, no calibration, immune to flow turbulence and aerated/foaming liquids that defeat float and capacitance switches. Best for high/low alarms, pump dry-run protection, and overfill prevention on storage tanks. Common process connections (NPT, BSP, Tri-Clamp, flanged) and fork extensions to 4 m. The workhorse Rosemount level switch for general-process duty.

Mid-tier vibrating fork level switch — same fork-resonance principle as the 2110, with expanded electronics options. Choose direct-load relay, 8/16 mA load-driven output for two-state PLC inputs, NAMUR-namur compatibility, or remote-electronics housing. Magnetic test point lets technicians verify operation without process intervention. Used where the 2110's basic relay isn't sufficient — load-driven inputs, harsh ambient, hazardous-area installations.

HART-enabled vibrating fork level switch — same proven fork-resonance technology as the 2110/2120, with two-wire 4-20 mA + HART communication for remote configuration, diagnostics, and trending of fork frequency. Continuously reports fork health (build-up detection, corrosion warning) so a maintenance team can replace before the switch fails. Best for plants with HART-aware asset-management systems (AMS, FieldComm).

Functional-safety-certified vibrating fork level detector — same fork-resonance core as the 2130 with full IEC 61508 SIL 2 (single) / SIL 3 (redundant) certification for safety-instrumented systems. Best for overfill prevention, dry-pump protection, and other safety-critical applications where the underlying detection technology must carry an independent third-party safety certification. HART or two-channel digital output with diagnostic coverage.

WirelessHART-powered vibrating fork level switch — same proven fork-resonance technology as the 2110/2120 family but with battery-powered WirelessHART radio in place of wired output. Eliminates cable and conduit runs for remote level monitoring on tanks far from the control room. 7+ year battery life under typical update rates. Pairs with an Emerson Wireless 1410S Gateway for the WirelessHART network backhaul. Common application: tank-farm overfill alarms where wired installation is cost-prohibitive.

TRL2 Field Bus Modem — connects the TRL2 fieldbus from Rosemount Tank Gauging field devices (or the 2460 System Hub) to the TankMaster PC in the control room. Choose RS232 or USB interface to the PC. Used in service / maintenance, software configuration, and small-scale tank gauging installations where direct PC-to-fieldbus communication is needed without a full system hub. Compact form factor, intrinsically safe options for hazardous-area access.

Intrinsically safe back-lit field display for tank gauging — presents tank data (level, temperature, pressure, total observed volume, density, water level) directly at the tank with excellent readability. Hinged lid protects the LCD from sunlight. Mount on the tank roof or at the foot of the tank. Configuration via local graphical menu and built-in buttons OR remotely from TankMaster. Wide ambient temperature range (-50°C to +70°C). Low power consumption (9-32 VDC, 30 mA nominal). Used wherever an operator needs immediate visual access to live tank-gauging data without a control-room trip.

All-in-one tank monitoring hub — integrates a data concentrator, display, and communication unit into a single device for simplified inventory monitoring across multiple tanks. Connects up to eight HART-enabled level / pressure / temperature transmitters via HART Multidrop on a single twisted-pair cable (replacing eight separate cable runs). Outputs to TankMaster, TankMaster Mobile, or third-party hosts via Modbus TCP/IP and HART-IP. Designed for chemical, metals & mining, and food & beverage industries where the full 2410 / 2460 / Control Cabinet stack would be over-spec. The simpler, lower-cost alternative for inventory-management-focused tank monitoring.

Tank Hub — handles data communication between Rosemount field devices on one tank and the host (TankMaster or DCS). Supports an exhaustive list of legacy protocols for retrofit installations (TRL2 Modbus, RS485, 4-20 mA HART, Enraf, L&J Tankway, Varec Mark/Space, Whessoe, GPE, Sakura, Tokyo Keiso, WirelessHART). Powers Rosemount field devices on a FISCO-compliant intrinsically safe Tankbus. Two SIL-certified relays for high/low alarms. Integral digital read-out for level, ullage, signal strength, volume, average / spot temperatures, pressures, density, and flow. Single-tank or multi-tank versions. Up to 16 field devices and 10 tanks per multi-tank version.

System Hub — data concentrator that aggregates real-time tank-gauging data from multiple 2410 Tank Hubs (or other field-device sources) and bridges it to TankMaster Inventory Management Software and/or a host DCS. Up to 64 tanks per hub. Eight configurable host/field-device communication ports. Three Ethernet ports (one Modbus TCP host, one redundancy, one service). Supports system redundancy and emulation of other vendors' systems (Enraf BPM, etc.) for legacy retrofits. Monitors floating-roof tank conditions for hazardous-condition prevention. The backbone of mid-to-large Rosemount tank-gauging installations.
