Overpressure protectors — 316 stainless steel, 1/2 in NPT male in / female out — automatically block the gauge when pressure exceeds a preset cutoff and reopen when it returns to range, protecting the gauge from spikes and surges. Setpoint bands from 10–29 PSI up to 725–3,625 PSI.
Pressure snubbers in brass or 316 stainless steel, 1/4 and 1/2 in NPT, rated to 5,000 PSI — dampen pulsation and pressure spikes to extend gauge life. Porosity selected for gas, liquid, or heavy-oil service. Specify material, connection, and application.
Sta-Kool cooling element — 316L stainless steel, 1/2 in F × 1/2 in M, reduces process-media temperature (up to ~750 °F) at the gauge socket so a standard process gauge can be direct-mounted to hot service without a siphon. Rated to 5,000 PSI.
Pigtail and coil siphons (Model 517 series) in steel, brass, and stainless steel, 1/4 and 1/2 in NPT — trap a liquid seal that protects the gauge from steam and hot-media temperature. Pressure ratings from 150 to 2,000 PSI depending on material. Specify material and connection.
Field liquid-fill kits for SOLFRUNT 4-1/2 in EZ-Fill gauges (Models 1981 and 1931) — bladder or O-ring design, for adding glycerin or silicone fill in the field to damp vibration and pulsation.
