Rice Lake’s BCi belt scale weigh frame is extremely accurate and durable for process control and load-out applications. It is able to process up to 10,000 tons per hour with a maximum belt speed of 1,200 feet per minute. Four laterally opposed shear beam load cells are mounted in a unitized idler frame. This compensates for torque load and speed changes.
