Rice Lake’s BCi belt scale weigh frame is extremely accurate and durable for process control and load-out applications. It is able to process up to 10,000 tons per hour with a maximum belt speed of 1,200 feet per minute. Four laterally opposed shear beam load cells are mounted in a unitized idler frame. This compensates for torque load and speed changes. The belt scale weigh frame has a system accuracy of 1% with a single idler and 0.5% with a two idler system. • Fits standard conveyors using CEMA-C idlers • No moving parts • Four shear laterally opposed shear beam load cells • Fabricated with heavy gauge steel • Minimal conveyor modifications required for installation
