Pre-assembled DP flow meter for harsh-environment continuous service — combines a 1595-style conditioning orifice plate, integrated impulse lines (no separate piping to install), a 3051S or 3051SMV transmitter, a 305 manifold, and an optional 214C RTD temperature sensor in one factory-assembled, configured, and leak-checked package. Roddable impulse lines let operators clear blockages without disconnecting any piping. Conditioning Orifice Technology eliminates the straight-run requirement, allowing installation at grade level or in difficult piping configurations. Operating range 2-6 in. line size, ANSI 900 max, -20°F to 850°F.
