Averaging-pitot primary element with T-shaped sensor design — measures velocity pressure across the full pipe cross-section. Up to 0.75% flow-rate accuracy, lowest permanent pressure loss of any DP flow meter, available in 2 to 96-in. (50 to 2400 mm) line sizes. Pak-Lok and flanged hot-tap installable for retrofit on operating lines. Used for liquids, gases, and steam in clean-process applications where a low-permanent-loss flow element is preferred over an orifice plate. Pairs with the 3051SMV / 4088 multivariable transmitters for compensated mass flow. (Units are built to customer-supplied pipe ID + wall dimensions; line size codes act as nominal selectors.)

Small in-pipe profile minimizes permanent pressure loss (energy savings) versus orifice plates. Pak-Lok or flanged hot-tap-installable for retrofit on operating lines. Used for liquids, gases, and steam in clean-process applications where a low-permanent-loss flow element is preferred over an orifice. Pairs with the 3051SMV / 4088 multivariable transmitters for compensated mass flow.
